To make these delicious quinoa stuffed peppers first you have to mix boiled black beans, salsa sauce, cooked quinoa, chopped green onions and boiled corns with ground cumin, paprika powder, chili powder, nutritional yeast and salt to taste in a bowl. Then cut bell peppers in green, yellow, orange and red color in halves and line them in a baking tray. Fill each pepper with quinoa and bean mixture and bake in the oven until done.
