To make these easy cupcakes first you have to bake a batch of cupcakes either with plain cupcake batter or vanilla. Once the cupcakes have cooled down spread vanilla frosting on each and add three dots of blue decorator’s gel and mix it with the frosting to create an ocean effect. Sprinkle white sugar beads on its top. Then put six gummy worms to become the tentacles of the octopus and make the head with a big gumdrop. Make the eyes with white and black frosting.
